Do credits expire?
Yes. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; the 3 free welcome credits are valid for 90 days. Your account page lists each batch with its expiry date, and the credits that expire first are always used first. Expired credits are removed from your balance and are not refundable.
