How applications work
1 application = 1 job: tailored CV, fit report, cover letter and up to 5 application answers. Paste a job description and create the application; Claude AI reads the job and rewrites your experience to match. The cover letter and the answers are generated on demand, included. Editing, templates and downloading are always free. Purchased applications are valid for 12 months, the free welcome application for 90 days.
How refunds work
Within 7 days of a purchase, you can ask for a full refund without giving a reason, even if you used applications from it. We pay the refund within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used, and remove the unused applications from that purchase from your balance.
To ask for a refund, contact us through the support page and name the purchase. Section 4 of the Terms of Service has the details.

What exactly counts as one application?
One application is used when you click Create tailored application for a job description. That application then includes the tailored CV, the fit report, one cover letter and up to 5 application answers - all for the same job. Editing, switching templates and downloading the PDF are always free.
Can I change the job description after creating an application?
An application stays tied to the job description it was created with. To apply for a different job, start a new application - your current one stays in your history, and 1 application is used only when you generate the new one.
Do applications expire?
Yes. Purchased applications are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; the free welcome application is valid for 90 days. The Billing page in your account lists each batch with its expiry date, and the applications that expire first are always used first. Expired applications are removed from your balance and are not refundable.
What happens when I run out of applications?
Choose a Starter Pack ($9 for 5 applications) or a Value Pack ($24 for 15 applications).
How do I get a refund?
Contact us through the support page within 7 days of the purchase and name it. You get the full amount back within 14 days of your request, including applications you already used, and the unused applications from that purchase are removed from your balance. After 7 days, EU consumers can still withdraw within 14 days; a deduction for applications already used applies only where the law allows it. Later requests are reviewed case by case.
